'Made from an orchard blend of perry pears we picked from the ground by hand in our Gollop Orchard near Bridport. Unsprayed fruit, pressed on our farm. The perry pear varieties are: Hendre Huffcap, Blakeney Red, Winnal's Longdon & Judge Amphlett.

Sharp, tannic and sweet. We call it the Ka-pow Perry! Bottle fermented using only the wild yeasts, this is a naturally sparkling (pét nat), medium-sweet perry made using the ancestral method. Unpasteurised and unfiltered. No added sulphites.'
