'Made only from handpicked, unsprayed Yarlington Mill and Michelin apples, in a 50:50 ratio. Bottle fermented by the wild yeasts, this is naturally sparkling (pét nat) and keeved to produce a naturally medium cider (no sugar nor sweetener added). Unpasteurised and unfiltered. No added sulphites.

A delicious natural cider with a bright and attractive colour and those characteristic soft, fine bubbles.'
