'Made only from Yarlington Mill apples that we picked from the ground by hand in a Somerset orchard nearby. Unsprayed fruit, pressed on our farm. The juice was keeved to produce a naturally medium-sweet cider (no sugar nor sweetener added) and fermented in old oak barrels. Fermentation finished in the bottle to produce a naturally sparkling (pét nat) cider. Unpasteurised and unfiltered. No added sulphites.

This keeved Yarlington Mill is a wonderfully easy-drinking dessert cider, with its flavour enhanced by the time spent in oak barrels.'
