Temple Cider 'Millie's Magic'

'A medium-dry, lightly sparkling craft cider made from traditional bittersweet and bittersharp cider apples. Dabinett, Yarlington Mill, Stoke Red and a variety of unidentified apples from an old unsprayed orchard are all to be found in Millie's Magic. We fermented the cider fully to dryness and then back-sweetened with our own pressed Dabinett apple juice to give a medium-dry, tannic result. No added sugar or artificial sweetener. No added sulphites.'

Named after our crazy, characterful old rescue dog, Millie’s Magic is a well-balanced cider with subtle sweetness and a tannic finish.'
