      Made from 3 varieties which when combined bring fruit, tannin and acidity to the party. It pours a hazy medium amber/gold in the glass with a gentle fine sparkle. The nose is reminiscent of 'Autumn' and sweet sauteed apples. On the palate there is both soft (astringent) and hard (leathery) tannins which balance brilliantly with a delicate acidity and a hint of residual sugar (which may have fermented out to dry over time). Brilliantly balanced cider and a masterclass in blending.
