A single variety perry made by Kevin Garrod in Monmouthshire from the 'Betty Prosser' perry pear. Nobody knows who the eponymous Betty Prosser was and I am only aware of 7 trees of this varietal which is critically endangered, which is a shame as it makes a beautiful, rich perry with hints of sherry-like oxidation.
