A single variety perry made by Kevin Garrod in Monmouthshire from the 'Hendre Huffcap' pear varietal. This is one of my favourite perry pears which produces a rich, low acid perry and is seen often as a single varietal (see Ross-on-Wye and Butford Organics for more iterations in both still and sparkling formats).
