Butford Organics Ganymede

Martin Harris established his organic smallholding in the late 90's and produces cider, perry and apple juice through minimum intervention practices. What we have here is essentially a natural wine but at a fraction of the price. Our current stock of Ganymede is from the 2014 vintage and the ageing has lent it a dryness which is unusual in a cider made in the 'French' style. If you're looking for a drier, sparkling, organic cider with layers of complexity then look no further.
