Ross-on-Wye Yellow Huffcap & Blakeney Red Perry

Pours straw gold into the glass with a deicate sparkle. The aroma is quite 'heady' with a combination of lemon, pear, bread yeast, butter and a hint of funk. It's also buttery on the palate and delivers plenty of fruitiness - pineapple and pear most obviously - alongside gentle acidity and a fresh minerality. My final tasting note reads 'Really tasty & balanced!!'. Say no more.
