  • A single variety cider made by Kevin Garrod in Monmouthshire from the 'Betty Prosser' perry pear.  'Betty Prosser' is a rare and old Welsh variety rediscovered on a farm in Corse, Gloucestershire, in 1994. This variety was previously noted in Long Ashton Research Station records as existing in Monmouthshire in the 1950s, and the family on the farm referred to in these records later moved to Corse, presumably taking the trees with them.
